Sonam Kapoor was been present at the FICCI frames venue to light the lamp at the inauguration session of the event.
Sonsam spoke few lines in front of reporters:
“There are lot of benefits of such forums… like one gets to know about trends in the film industry, piracy, content, media, technology and various other things.
I think being part of today’s generation I can’t do away with technology,”
She also added, “I am happy and very excited. This is the second time I have been asked to speak at this forum, but I could not do it due to some reasons. It (FICCI-Frames) is an auspicious occasion and a great one for the film industry,”
Sonam also told the reporters about her upcoming film ‘Herogiri’, which is being produced by her sister Rhea Kapoor. “My sister is going to make a film based on a book titled ‘Herogiri’.
She added again “We have patented the book and this is for the first time that something of this sort has happened. With this, there would be no discussion or issue about the title, or stealing of content or creative idea,” .
